Chicken sequence

2x8   4 x Chicken / Scarecrow move, alternate sides.
(Start with wide parallel stance.
1—2   Turn knees in and heels out and lift elbows up sideways. Back to start position.
3—4   L. forearm across chest with R. elbow resting on it, R. hand near face, L. toes off ground and turned out.
5—8   Repeat other side.
1—8   Repeat all.)

Skating sequence

1—8   Step on R. and shunt x 3 forwards to R. corner, Step on L. and shunt x 3 to L. corner.

Finish

Step forward into position of own choosing.
