The Jump ’n’ Jive team performs regularly at a variety of events including wedding receptions, parties and corporate dinners. A typical show might last around twenty minutes and include a variety of dance styles, such as Jive, acrobatic Rock ’n’ Roll and Swing from the big band era of the 30s and 40s.

Close connections with other organisations such as the London Swing Dance Society and the ‘Sugar Foot Stompers’ have broadened the repertoire of the group and shows can be tailor made to cover any period from 20s Charleston to modern 90s Hip Hop.

Following a Jump ’n’ Jive cabaret, it is often a good idea for the group members to continue social dancing with members of the public until the dance floor is live and kicking. Alternatively the group can provide a basic lesson in how to partner dance.
